We loved the hotel's fantastic location right in the centre of the city, close to the shopping district. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing really good service from check-in to check-out. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. Plus, the convenience of parking in the disabled bays allocated was a great perk.

Clean, attractive hotel, there was a very friendly hall. I was there for 1 night and ate at in-house restaurant in both bar and restaurant. Loved excellent design. Good value, it was really nice stay.

We had a wonderful stay here! The location was great, right in the city centre and close to the bus station. We were impressed with the excellent service we received here- the staff both on check-in and at check-out were very friendly and gave great customer service. Upon our request at 10pm, the staff were more than happy to attend to us. We also appreciated the room amenities like the flat-screen TV with HBO available, air conditioning and the comfortable beds.

The hotel's location near Nottingham city centre is a major advantage, with disabled bays allocated for guests and a short walk to food places. It is also conveniently close to the theatre. The spacious rooms with massive king-sized beds provide a comfortable stay.
The sauna was broken, limiting relaxation options for guests.
